10-4 Raffle Ticket

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to be eligible to win a firearm

Each ticket is $52, which enters the purchaser into the drawing for 1 firearm per week from 52 weeks.  Starting Jan 03, 2024, and ending TBD.

Each ticket has a number(s) between 000-999.  Every Friday night at 6 pm the Texas Pick 3 drawing will determine the winner of the prize. There is a winner every week.

The drawing will not start until all 1000 tickets have sold.  If 1000 tickets aren’t sold by Dec 01, 2024, we will and adjust the quantity of guns being raffled appropriately once ticket sales close.

All winners of firearms must fill out the ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check.  If the winner fails the NICS background check they will forfeit the prize warranted.  Winners assume all responsibility of the firearm once they have passed the NICS background check.

All firearms will be distributed by Sinner Mass Fabrications LLC at the address below in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Sinner Mass Fabrications will contact the winner by phone twice and email once utilizing the information provided on the ticket. The winner’s name will be listed on sinnermass.com's website and social media story.  Winners must claim their prize within 60 days or the prize will be donated back to Sinner Mass Fabrications LLC.

If the winner chooses to have the firearm shipped to another FFL dealer, the winner will incur the expense of the transfer.

Prizes are subject to manufacturers inventory and will be substituted with a product of the same value if a product is not available.

Sinner Mass reserves the right to change any models of the prizes if need be due to availability, law & regulation changes, etc.

Tickets and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
